You’ve got 19,761 photos of your family on your camera roll, and you’re in...12 of them. You take sweet candids of your child playing, your partner snuggling them at bedtime, your parents cooing over their grandchild, but where are the photos of you with your little one?

A Mom + Me shoot is a special session that focuses on capturing the bond and love between you and your child. This is a great way to create lasting memories with your child, while also capturing the unique relationship you share.

Before your Mom + Me session, I’ll work with you to help choose a comfortable and relaxed environment for your photos. They can take place in a beautiful outdoor location, such as a nearby beach or park, or at your home doing a favorite activity, like baking together or playing in your backyard. The goal is to pick a meaningful setting that allows you and your child to connect naturally, resulting in images that are both candid and beautiful.

As you interact, play, and laugh, I work to capture your moments together with a a mix of documentary-style and posed photos. My focus is on creating a collection of images that showcase where you are at this age and moment, and the love and connection between you.

A Mom & Me session is a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday or Mother's Day (hint, hint, partners), but you don’t need to wait for “the perfect time” to have this experience. Time flies, and the moment you are in now is rare and precious — I believe our ordinary days are just as worthy of remembering as our extraordinary days. I’d be honored to capture yours!
